Philippine Eagle Optimization Algorithm

We propose the Philippine Eagle Optimization Algorithm (PEOA), which is a meta-heuristic and population-based search algorithm inspired by territorial hunting behavior of Eagle. From an initial random population eagles in given space, best eagle selected undergoes local food using interior point method as its means exploitation. The then divided into three subpopulations, each subpopulation assigned operator aids exploration. Once respective operators are applied, new with improved function values replace older ones. updated conducts again. These steps done iteratively, searched final optimal solution space. PEOA tested on 20 optimization test functions different modality, separability, dimension properties. performance compared to 13 other algorithms. To further validate effectiveness PEOA, it also applied image reconstruction electrical impedance tomography parameter identification neutral delay differential equation model.
